Beyond performed geotechnical engineering investigation, pavement design and CMT & construction inspection for this $7 million, 2 miles roadway project. Beyond proactively coordinated with the owners of adjacent properties through the City for drilling easement resulting in completion of field exploration in time and securing high-quality soil samples. To assist the City and the General Contractor in resolving a potential major change related to subgrade constructability, Beyond helped the General Contract fine tune subgrade construction techniques to achieve specification compliance avoiding the potential change order and major schedule delay.
